শ্যামল, বিজ্ঞানকর্মী করোনা ভাইরাসের সংক্রমনকে হাতিয়ার করে সুনির্দিষ্টভাবে সতর্কতার বদলে আতঙ্ক ছড়ানো শুরু হয়েছিল। কর্পোরেট হাউসদের পরিকল্পনা মতো আজও সতর্কতার নামে আতঙ্কের প্রচার চলছে। বিজ্ঞাপন এমন এক কৌশল যার মাধ্যমে মানুষকে পরিশ্রুত পানীয় জলকে মিনারেল ওয়াটার বলে গেলানো হয়। প্রচার এমন জায়গায় পৌঁছেছে যে মানুষ মনে করছে যে এমন সংক্রমক রোগ আগে কখনো আসেনি। কিন্তু এই করোনা ভাইরাস রোগের আগেও অনেক সংক্রমক রোগ ছিল।  বিস্তারিতভাবে যাবার আগে ভাইরাস কী সেটা বলি। ভাইরাস একটি ল্যাটিন শব্দ, এর অর্থ হল বিষ। আদিকালে রোগ সৃষ্টিকারী যে কোন রোগ সৃষ্টিকারী বিষাক্ত পদার্থকে ভাইরাস বলা হত। বর্তমান কালে ভাইরাস বলতে এক প্রকার অতি ক্ষুদ্র আণুবীক্ষণিক অকোষীয় রোগ সৃষ্টিকারী বস্তুকে বোঝায়। উদ্ভিদ ও প্রাণীর বহু রোগ সৃষ্টির কারণ হল ভাইরাস। ভাইরাস কে জীবাণু না বলে 'বস্তু' বলা হয়। কারণ, ভাইরাসের দেহে কোন নিউক্লিয়াস ও সাইটোপ্লাজম নেই; কেবল প্রোটিন এবং নিউক্লিক এসিড দিয়ে দেহ গঠিত প্রোটিন তাই ভাইরাস অকোষীয়। এবার এই কোভিড-১৯ ভাইরাস ও সার্স কোভ২ রোগ সম্পর্কে অল্প কিছু জেনে নেওয়া যাক। রোগটির নাম কোভিড-১৯। SARS-

The reason given for this was that the party had repeatedly handed in its financial report too late. As financial reports have to be compiled following a lot of time-consuming work by accountants, it is not surprising that small parties often find it difficult to follow the timetable.  This bureaucratic problem could lead to a full ban of the DKP. In 2018, the German law on parties was amended [2].
